Cadden Jones
Cadden's perspective in public-speaking coaching and speech deliveryĀ is informed by her 20 plus years of experience as a professional actor and media spokesperson. She has appeared in numerous feature films, television shows, national commercials and industrial campaigns seen worldwide, and has traveled the country performing in acclaimed theater productions and corporate events. Her extensive voiceover work can be heard on major political campaigns, promo's, national advertisements and radio.
Caddenā€™s coaching practice emphasizes personalization, intention and self-awareness. She guides her students in developing a genuine connection with their audience, and is energized by helping them transform their seeming challenges into their most powerful assets. Cadden studied at NYUā€™s Tisch School of the Arts program, is a classically trained vocalist and currently teaches at the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts.
Michael Schantz
As a professional actor Michael has appeared in major films, network television and streaming platforms. He has worked at some of the countries most prestigious theater companies and has helped develop new plays at the countries leading play development incubators. He received his MFA in Acting from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.Ā
Michael's years of extensive training and professional experience as an actor, director, educator and coach have fostered an empathic foundation to his work with clients. Always seeking to understand his clients and students challenges, Michael works passionately to give them space to discover a more powerfully embodied presence before an audience. He has collaborated with leading creative agencies in New York City, and devised comprehensive public-speaking curricula for Fortune 100 company top level executives. Michael has also served on faculty, teaching acting, movement and voice & speech at NYFA, SUNY Albany and at the Chilean American Institute. He has also served as a communications coach for the New York State Defenders Association.
